Mosaic Network (India) Pvt.Ltd has setup a Mobile Skilling Container for the job-role Self Employed Tailor. In order to enroll and train the people of the villages adopted by Commissionerate of Rural Development, Government of Gujarat under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojna (PMKVY) and align them with livelihood, generate additional income for their families and creation of 100% skilled villages. Presently Rajkot, Mehsana and Valsad will be focused on a pilot phase, however at a later stage it will be extended across all the districts of Gujarat.
Mosaic Network in collaboration with Special Armed Forces, MP Police, inaugurated 5 PMKVY centres across Indore, Ujjain, Dhar & Jaora in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The centers were inaugurated by Smt. Sumitra Mahajan (Hon'ble Speaker, Lok Sabha) & Shri Rajiv Pratap Rudy (Hon'ble MoS, MSDE, Govt. of India). The inauguration ceremony was graced with the presence of Shri Rameshchandra Agarwal (Chairman, Dainik Bhaskar Group), Shri Deepak Joshi (Hon'ble MoS, Technical Education & Skill Development, GoMP), Smt. Malini Laxman Singh Gaud (Hon'ble Mayor, Indore), Shri Rishi Kumar Shukla (DG, MP Police) and Shri Pawan Srivastava (IG, SAF Western Zone, MP Police)
This PMKVY special project will provide benefits to the family members and dependants of the SAF employees. Mosaic Network executed MOUs for placements with various companies including Pratibha Syntex, Hotel infinity, One Point One BPO, World Class Services Pvt. Ltd. & LA Panache to ensure placement of certified trainees under this project.

Inauguration of Skill Development centre in partnership with Central Bureau of Investigation, National Skill Development Corporation - (NSDC) and Skill Development Ministry. In gracious presence of Smt. Kirti Sinha - (President-CBI Welfare Association), Shri A.K Sinha (Director - CBI) and Shri Rajesh Agrawal - (Joint Secretary, MSDE).
The project aims at providing training primarily to dependents/ family members of CBI staff and other candidates mobilized from the vicinity. This project will be carried out in the premise situated at the residential block of CBI. The target beneficiaries are the family members of the CBI staff living at the CBI residence. The job roles proposed in the project has also been taken after consulting the beneficiaries so that majority of them can benefit from this project.
Mosaic is proud to have successfully executed Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for the staff of the Hon'ble Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi. Mosaic has also efficaciously trained the staff of Hon'ble Raj Bhawan of Maharashtra at Mumbai.
This RPL project was carried at the Rashtrapati Bhawan for its employees. The job role was CSE- Meet & Greet. It was carried in 4 days - 2 days domain training & 2 days soft skill training. Fifth day assessment was carried out. The objective behind this was to recognize & certify the existing workforce who have been doing their work for many years but don't possess a formal certification.
The RPL centre was inaugurated by the hands of Hon'ble Mr. Durga Prasad -IPS (Director General)- CRPF & Mr. Jayant Krishna (ED & COO-NSDC) in Gurugram on November 29, 2016.
RPL training under which already identified candidates- Gardeners are being trained by Mosaic. Training session is being carried out in the premises of the employer i.e. CRPF.
The project aims at connecting the working candidates with the national training framework and giving them recognition globally. Candidates identified in the proposal are from the Central Reserve Police Force who are not aware about the industry trends, current employability scenario, and benefits of skilling/ training and are just following the traditional working methods.
The RPL orientation session will equip candidates with better understanding about the industry. The soft skills session will help them to connect with other government aided facilities which they may not be aware of otherwise. These candidates will be exposed to more government schemes like Pradhan Mantri Bima Yojna, Jan Dhan Yojana, Beti bachao aur beti padhao etc. Awareness about such schemes will connect this uninformed class with the latest national schemes.
